great stay with room for improvement
The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, from fresh omelets to delicious pastries that made my mornings delightful. The spacious room was perfect for my family, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements and a relaxing atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the lovely city view from our window, adding a nice touch to our stay.
The Wi-Fi connection was not consistent, which was a bit frustrating at times.

It was just a smart choice for an overnight stay in Bilbao, great for the money. I really liked that the hotel had a mini bar stocked with drinks, although a coffee maker would have been nice. Make sure to check the mini bar prices before using it, as they can add up quickly.

The breakfast spread was lit! That egg station had me living my best life with fresh omelets, and the pastries were a sweet surprise. Location-wise, you’re just steps away from the Indautxu metro station and a detailed 24/7 taxi service. Plus, the spacious room with a gigantic bath was an absolute score!
Now, on the flip side, the Wi-Fi was like a moody teenager—unreliable at best. And boy, you could hear all the hallway action, which made me feel like I was in an overdramatic soap opera.

We stayed in a Comfort Double or Twin Room with Extra Bed, and it felt really spacious and comfy. The beds were great for a good night's sleep, and we appreciated the beautiful scented hotel toiletries. Although the breakfast was a bit of a mad rush, it had a decent variety. The location was perfect for exploring, but we had a little mix-up with bed arrangements.

The hotel was great for our family stay, with a lovely lobby and clean rooms. We enjoyed exploring Bilbao on bikes, which allowed us to see so much more of the city. Having the space for an extra bed was a big plus for our kid.
My wife says that the parking situation felt cramped during our visit.
